Dr. Gerardo Capo and Carmen Capo sold condo Unit #12M at 15 Second Ave. in Lincoln Square to Gary Jortner and Cindy Jortner for $5.9 million on Sept. 15.

The Capos acquired the condo for $3.57 million in April 2008.

Dr. Capo serves as a hematologist and oncologist for the Trinitas Comprehensive Cancer Center in Elizabeth, N.J. He earned his M.D. from SUNY–Brooklyn.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 257 sales in Lincoln Square in 2008, with median sales price of $1.125 million.
