Mr. Spitzberg is the owner at Branam LLC, a family owned investment company in New York City. He has also served as special markets vice president at Coach Inc., and president at Travel / Hotel International Marketing.

He received his bachelor's degree from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 255 condo sales in Lincoln Square in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.125 million.
