Shelby D. Drescher bought condo Unit #14C at 2721 Broadway in Upper West Side from Alan Harley for $900,000 on Sept. 17.

Harley acquired the condo for $977,700 in June 2006. The condo development was built in 1926.

Drescher serves as a senior project manager at Hyperknowledge Inc. She attended New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 389 sales on the Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $800,000.
