Business development director unloads Times Square condo

Medium 8e713ad36fea6d97646fc1c2c7205480 Jason Janning and Elizabeth Janning sold a condo at 146 W. 55th St. in Times Square to Amanda Folkman and Jason Bengel for $745,000 on Sept. 16.

The Jannings paid $830,000 for Unit #4D in July 2006. The 146 W. 55th St. condo development, which was built in 1923, has nine stories and houses 29 units.

Mr. Janning has served as a business development director at Danaher, a New York City manufacturing and technology company. Prior to this, he served as a senior manager and summer associate at Bain and Co., a manager at General Electric and an engineering intern and operations intern at Allied Healthcare Products.

He received his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and his M.B.A. in general management from the University of Virginia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 87 condo sales in Times Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $742,500.
