Kuo and Lepper paid $830,000 for Unit #6B in Dec. 2005. The building at 157 W. 79th St. was built in 1911 in the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District subdivision. It stands 12 stories high and houses 22 units.

Kuo has served as an associate at the law firm of McKee Nelson. He specializes in securitization and structured finance. He's also worked with Sidley Austin Brown and Wood LLP.

He received his B.A. in philosophy from UCLA and his J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 385 condo sales on the Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $775,000.
