Daytime actor, celebrity reporter sell in Lincoln Square

Medium ffcd45ddb45aebac016aa6d05c33ddb0 Ryan Brown and Victoria Arbiter-Brown sold condo Unit #34B at 2012 Broadway in Lincoln Square for $1.15 million to Amy E. Schwegel on Sept. 23.

The building at 2012 Broadway was built in 1922 in the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District neighborhood.

Mr. Brown is an actor who has appeared on both "The Young and the Restless" and "The Guiding Light." He also appeared in the 2002 film Sam and Janet, co-starring Gary Busey.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in film from the University of Oklahoma.

Mrs. Brown is a professional TV host who hosts the new program Signature Series for voyages North America. She is a daughter of Dickie Arbiter, a Royal commentator and former press secretary to Queen Elizabeth II.

Among the celebrities she's interviewed during her career are Keith Richards, Sydney Pollack, Mary Tyler Moore, Angelica Houston and Sarah, Duchess of York. She also appeared on Guiding Light.

She attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 250 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.127 million.
