Dana Bliss and Saya Otsubo Bliss bought a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 200 Riverside Blvd. in Lincoln Square from Sofia Feldman and Howard Feldman for $950,000 on Sept. 15.

Unit #6C is in the Trump Place at 200, a condo high-rise located in the redevelopment of the former rail yards at the south end of Riverside Park.

Mr. Bliss is an editor at Routledge, a publisher of academic books, journals and e-books. He received his B.A. in classics and philosophy from Colgate University in 2002.

Mrs. Bliss works in marketing and client service at Trafelet Delta Funds, which she joined in 2005. She started out in Trafalet as a research assistant.

She graduated from Colgate University in 2002. The couple was married in Oct. 2008.

Trump Place at 200, which was completed in 1999, has 372 units on 46 floors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 257 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $1.125 million.
