Noah and Janelle Greenhill acquired the property for $865,000 in March 2007. Unit #9D is one of 75 in the 300 W. 108th St. condo development, built in 1924.

Mr. Greenhill serves as the general counsel and managing director at Highbridge Capital Management LLC, a privately owned hedge fund sponsor in New York. He's also worked for Allen & Overy.

He earned his J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 388 condo sales on the Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $755,000.
