Dermatologist sells Lenox Hill condo for $3.825M

Medium 760ef1fddac79948bf7c8877677d46ec Dr. Dominick Ligresti sold a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 200 E. 69th St. in Lenox Hill to Elizabeth Grau for $3.825 million on Oct. 29.

The 2,087-square-foot Unit# 37B is in the Trump Place, a mixed residential-commercial development located between Third and Second Avenues.

Dr. Ligresti is a dermatologist with the office of Albert M. Lefkovits, M.D. on Park Avenue. He is also the chief of dermatology at Columbus Hospital in Newark, N.J.

He is also currently a clinical assistant professor of dermatology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

He earned his M.D. from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1978 and received further training at Pennsylvania Hospital University and Ohio State University Hospital.

Trump Palace, which was built in 1991, has 277 units on 57 floors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 222 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $981,563.
