Raviv Shefet and Yael Shefet Manor bought the four-bedroom, three-bath condo Unit #1C at 109 E. 100th St. in East Harlem from Eileen Gumport and Jonathan Gumport for $999,990 on Oct. 19.

The 2,200-square-foot Unit #1C is one of 10 in the five-story Park 100 Condominium II .

Shefet is the chief financial officer of WebCollage, a web content integration network established in 2000. Shefet has also worked with Selway/SCP Partners. He started his career as a certified public accountant at Price Waterhouse.

He earned his bachelor's from The College of Management in Tel Aviv and his master's in finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 20 condo sales in East Harlem during the past 12 months, with a median price of $730,000.
