The condo Unit #11C was built in 1924. The condo is in the 1049 Park Ave development, which includes 14 units.

Ms. Finch is a chartered financial analyst on the health care industry who serves as senior vice president of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, an investment advisory firm.

Previously she worked as research assistant with Prudential Securities and was a summer employee at Salomon Brothers.

She graduated from Boston College and Columbia University.

Mr. Finch is a management consultant in the media and entertainment industries at Accenture.

Prior to joining Accenture in 1996, he has worked as a language instructor in Argentina.

Ms. Kahn is an attorney and stock day-trader who graduated from Alfred University in 1971.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 88 condo sales in Carnegie Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,132,250.
