Dov Alpert and Mari Melbye bought a condo at 372 Central Park West in Upper West Side from Michele Roux for $475,000 on Nov. 5.

Unit #1S is part of the Vaux condo development, which was built in 1961.

Alpert had worked as video creator and editor at Areyvut. He had also worked for East End Temple, Cineric Inc., Neistat Scott Associates and Spitfire Studio Ltd.

He earned a bachelor's degree in film and media studies from Temple University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 413 condo sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $848,000.
