IBM HR vice president buys 2BD Upper West Side condo

Medium a06d69528a698d6c6daa47919da4a133 Tommy W. Vines bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 35 W. 90th St. in Upper West Side from Charles Frischer and Abigail Reid Francis for $1.35 million on Nov. 15.

Frischer and Francis bought the property for $1.5 million in May 2007. Unit #9D is part of the 35 W. 90th St. condo development, which was built in 1984. It is located in Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District subdivision.

Vines works with IBM as the HR vice president in the growth markets of Asia, LA, Center & Eastern Europe and Africa. He formerly worked as HR vice president at CIGNA.

He attended American University and Virginia Commonwealth University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 26 home sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $2.15 million.
