Writer-filmmaker unloads condo in Lenox Hill

Medium 21f4d82b508e85679958b3cddb1f448b Eduardo Montes-Bradley sold a condo at 425 E. 63rd St. in Lenox Hill to Michael Kirschman Aia for $414,500 on Nov. 10.

The condo is one of the 496 units in the 13-story condo development at 425 E. 63rd St.

Montes-Bradley is a writer-filmmaker best known for his documentary work on Latin American writers. He also writes articles on current affairs and has written about Jorge Luis Borges, Evo Morales, Barack Obama, Dean Reed, The Battleship Potemkin and Osvaldo Soriano, Che Guevara and Eva Peron.

He is currently working on The Beimar Republic, a documentary focusing on discrimination against Bolivian silver mine workers abroad. He previously served as director of international sales for Filmtrust Motion Pictures, a production and distribution company based in Los Angeles. He was also a publisher and editor of The Entertainment Herald, and a journalist for The Hollywood Reporter and El Heraldo del Cine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 322 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,077,500.
