Peter Mensch sold a home at 267 W. 11th St. in West Village to Melissa Meyer for $7.25 million on Nov. 12.

The 4,749-square-foot house was built in 1910 in the Greenwich Village Historic District.

Mensch is co-owner at Q Prime, a talent management company that handles music career of famous artists including Metallica, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shania Twain and Josh Groban.

He previously was a manager at Contemporary Communications. He began his career as a tour accountant for Aerosmith.

He received his bachelor's degree in urban studies at Brandeis University and his M.A. in marketing from the University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 121 home sales in West Village during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $1.2325 million.
