Unit #11D is part of the 514 W. 23rd St. condominium development.

Christiano is a theater critic who writes for Dan's Papers, Hamptons.com and Theaterlife.com.

He is a graduate of Montclair State University, where he received his degree in speech and theater.

According to Blockshopper.com, there have been 226 condo sales in Chelsea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $788,750.
