Comedian sells Sheridan condo

Medium 357193b746667015c3919cb57a401971 Alessandro Minoli and Marina Cassini sold a one-bath condo at 1 Sheridan Square in Greenwich Village to Mark Weller for $675,000 on Nov. 11.

Minoli and Cassini paid $650,000 for the property in May 2006. The 540-square-foot Unit #5F is part of the Sheridan condominium development, which was built in 1920 in the Greenwich Village Historic District.

Minoli is a writer, performer, director and creator of comedic content. He most recently worked for IFC.com, the official site of the independent film channel.

He also has worked for Fox, MTV.com and the Orion News Network, and has written music for film and theater.

He attended New York University,'s Tisch School of the Arts.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 175 condo sales in Greenwich Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
