Professional photographer sells Wall Street condo

Medium b1cbcbbc806c2e5b10039e563582fb1d Pablo Ravazzani sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 164 Pearl St. in Wall Street to Rafael Eduardo Silva Lares for $480,000 on Nov. 3.

Ravazzani paid $540,000 for the property in May 2007. The 730-square-foot Unit #7A is part of the 164 Pearl Street condominium development, which was built in 1956.

Ravazzani is a professional photographer in New York. His most recent works include the Rad Hourani Fall/Winter fashion collections and event images.

He has worked with magazines including B-Guided in Spain, Contributor in Sweden, Fjords in Norway, Harper's Bazaar in Mexico and Latin America, and Details in the U.S.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 64 condo sales in Wall Street during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $870,000.
