Irene Sills and Richard Sills bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 220 Riverside Blvd. in Lincoln Square from Stephen Calvin Moss and Jennifer Lynn Goldman Moss for $749,000 on Nov. 12.

The Mosses paid $685,000 for Unit #3U in December 2004. The 773-square-foot condo is part of 220 Riverside Blvd. condo development, which was built in 2002.

Dr. Sills has been a board-certified pediatric oncologist since 1983 and a member of the New York State Department of Health's Diabetes Task Force. She has also been a professor of pediatrics at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

She received her medical degree from New York University in 1976 and her internship and residency at the State University of New York-Upstate in 1977 and 1978.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 371 home sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $982,000.
