Yiatin Chiu and Thomas Chiu bought a condo at 350 W. 50th St. in Times Square from Thomas Ryan for $425,000 on Nov. 10.

Unit #2NN is part of the Worldwide Plaza condominium development, which was built in 1989.

Ms. Chiu most recently was vice president of product management at WebMD, a health information services company.

She previously worked at Vault, a career management and job search information website.

She attended Boston University and the State University of New York-Binghamton.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 155 condo sales in Times Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $725,000.
