Residential brokerage firm senior VP trades $1.693M condo

Medium f0566f0cc76c69582774f5b6d68e77da James D. Rosenthal and Beatrice C. Rosenthal sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 101 W. 79th St. on the Upper West Side to Frederick G. Kushner and Ivy E. Kushner for $1.639 million on Nov. 10.

The 1,214-square-foot condo, Unit #3D, is part of the 165 units in The Park Belvedere, a 34-story development built in 1984.

Mr. Rosenthal is senior vice president at Brown Harris Stevens, a residential brokerage firm.

He previously worked at Douglas Elliman. He also was senior appraiser at Jones Lang Wooten and vice president and director of sales at Klauber Realty.

He is a graduate of William College and completed his post-graduate studies at Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 616 home sales on the Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $825,000.
