Elizabeth Gibson Sawi and Paul David Sawi sold condo Unit #17G at 253 W. 73rd St. in the Upper West Side to William and Susan Parker for $1.175 million on Nov. 2.

The Sawis paid $1.32 million for the condo in March 2007. It is one of the 144 units in the 19-story The Level Club condo development, which was built in 1925.

Ms. Sawi is chief administrative officer and executive vice president at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc., a brokerage and banking company.

She also is a member of the company's executive committee. She joined Schwab in 1982 and has been executive vice president of marketing and advertising, executive VP of mutual funds, president of investment management, and executive VP of electronic brokerage. Prior to joining Schwab, she worked at American Express and at Citibank. She also is the author of the book Coming Up for Air: How to Build a Balanced Life in a Workaholic World (2000).

She received a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of
Business.

The Sawis previously bought a condo at 101 W. 79th St. on the Upper West Side for $3.195 million on June 1.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 595 condo sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $812,500.
