Goldman Sachs executive deals Yorkville condo

Medium b59695297a4974e061d504eef35c6896 Leah Van Deloo sold a one-bath condo at 1619 3rd Ave. in Yorkville to Flavio and Dante Errico for $445,000 on Nov. 1.

Van Deloo paid $407,500 for Unit#20B in April 2007. The 528-square-foot condo is part of 1619 3rd Ave. condo development, which was built in 1975.

Van Deloo has been vice president at Goldman Sachs, a global investment banking and securities firm.

She previously was an associate at Ernst & Young and a staff member at Arthur Andersen.

She attended Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and received her M.B.A. from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Yorkville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $634,000.
