Investment bank exec, sells Upper West Side condo

Yakov and Anna Krayn sold a condo at 320 W. 89th St. Unit #1C in Upper West Side to Eugene Pyo for $877,000 on Nov. 22.

The Krayns paid $696,000 for the unit in Jan. 2006. The condo is part of the 17 units in the 320 W. 89th St condo development, which was built in 1921. It is located in the Riverside Drive/West End Historic District subdivision.

Mr. Krayn is vice president of Barclays Capital, an investment bank. Previously, he was a senior associate at Gottex Fund Management, an assistant vice president at Moody's Investors Service, a financial analyst at Brook Venture Management/Gateway Financial Group and an analyst at Accenture.

He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Babson College and his M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Ms. Krayn has served as an engagement manager at Moody's Analytics. Prior to that, she was an analyst in the same company, an associate at Titan International and an analyst at the Bank of America Securities. She specializes in credit analysis, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investing.

She attended New York University.

Pyo is a broker at ICAP.

According to, there have been 595 condo sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $812,500.
