Lindsay Oestreich bought a condo at 310 E. 70th St. Unit #7G in Lenox Hill from Amy Dicarlucci for $379,000 on Nov. 18.

Dicarlucci paid $368,000 for the condo in June 2006. The 15,765-square-foot condo is part of the 310 E. 70th St. condo development, which was built in 1959.

Oestreich is a buyer of men's tailored clothing and sportswear at Bergdorf Goodman. Previously, she was a men's buyer, a merchandise planner and a senior assistant buyer at Bloomingdale's.

She attended the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 322 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.07 million.
