Assistant designer settles in Upper West Side

Medium cad2aa327948ea369e41fbe425ca863c Matthew Bognacki and Melissa Pomeranz bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 175 W. 73rd St. in the Upper West Side from Laura Siner for $594,000 on Nov. 22.

The condo, Unit #13F, is part of the 175 W. 73rd St. condominium development, which was built in 1924. It is located in the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District.

Pomeranz works as an assistant designer and managing director at Larry Laslo Designs. Previously, she worked as a department manager at Ralph Lauren.

She holds a B.A. in sociology from Bates College.

Siner is the founder and CEO of the Sweet Muse, a pastry business. Additionally, she works as a marketing director at the Oberon Theater Ensemble. Previously, she served as a consultant at AT&T Solutions and Orion Consultants.

She holds an M.B.A. in marketing from Columbia University and a B.A. in sociology from Yale University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 595 condo sales in Upper West Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $812,500.
