Lawyer buys condo for $1.6M in Lincoln Square

Medium 4a0dc9367c114954df49f902ed4fc7d6 Chad Blocker and Mehrasa Raygani bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 220 Riverside Blvd. in Lincoln Square from Dan Davis and Gabriella Tamburrino Davis for $1.675 million on Nov. 16.

The Davises paid $1.8 million for the property in June 2006. The 1,512-square-foot condo, Unit #10E, is part of the 50-story condo development at 220 Riverside Blvd., which is also known as Trump Place 220. It was built in 2002.

Mr. Blocker is a partner in Fragomen's New York office. He has been with the firm since 1998. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate immigration. Before joining Fragomen, he served as an Attorney-Advisor to Administrative Law Judge John C. Holmes of the U.S. Department of Labor's Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) in Washington, D.C.

He received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado-Boulder

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 371 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $982,000.
