Clarins Group USA CEO purchases Lenox Hill condo

Medium ee01d7ca2b9d0f32fe0bff94b0e023fc Jonathan Zrihen and Laetitia Azoulay bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 524 E. 72nd St. in Lenox Hill from Jennie Tam for $590,000 on Nov. 19.

The 500-square-foot condo, Unit #40F, is part of the 39-story condo development at 524 E. 72nd St., which is also known as The Belaire. It was built in 1989.

Mr. Zrihen serves as the president and CEO of Clarins Group USA, a cosmetics company. Prior to that, he was the president of Clarins Canada. He also served as the vice president of Asia-Pacific at Clarins PTE and international area director at the company. Before joining Clarins, he was a national sales administrator at Trimex (Clarins Australia).

He attended Institut Superieur du Commerce in Paris.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 332 condo sales in Lenox Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.0775 million.
