Robert Pasker bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 166 Duane St. in TriBeCa from Jose M. Soriano for $4.5 million on Dec. 3.

The 2,670-square-foot condo, Unit #10B, is part of The Duane Park Building, which was built in 1910.

Pasker is a venture advisor and CTO-in-residence at Azure Capital Partners, and a advisor at Servo Software and member of the technical advisory board at Tervela. He is a former principal developer, co-founder and chief architect at WebLogic. He has also worked at Kenamea, Tribe Computer Works, Azul Systems, BEA, and Digital Equipment.

He is a graduate of San Francisco State University and holds a master's degree from Brown University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 154 condo sales in TriBeCa during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.875 million.
