Chris Serluco sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at 22 W. 15th St. in Flatiron to Michele Chitson and Kim Han Hsiao for $890,000 on Nov. 1.

The 805-square-foot condo, Unit #9I, is one of the 134 units in the 22-story Grosvenor House condo development.

Serluco is a fashion consultant and a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. He previously served as a design director at 24/7 New York and as a men's design director at Kenneth Cole Productions.

Chitson works in equity options at the New York City office of Susquehanna International Group, a privately held global investment, trading and technology firm. She previously held executive positions at TAM, Goldman Sachs, the Royal Bank of Canada, Merrill Lynch and UBS.

She attended the University of Cambridge.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 condo sales in Flatiron during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,078,750.
