Corporate lawyer acquires Lower East Side condo

Medium 22d35fe8abe3ccc5d37d2a446e46526b Micah Arbisser bought at a condo at 409 Grand St. on the Lower East Side from Jonah and Ilana Wolf for $630,000 on Dec. 7.

The Wolfs paid $651,000 for the property in September 2005. The condo, Unit C1404, is one of 208 properties located in a 20-story building at the 409 Grand St. condo development.

Arbisser is an associate at the New York office of the law firm Bryan Cave, LLP. His practice is focused on corporate law.

He has an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Columbia University. He also holds a graduate certificate from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese and American Studies.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 41 condo sales in Lower East Side during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $590,000.
