Audiologist, hospital administrator sell in Gramercy Park

Medium c44df003bd79e72c6bd65045af9307be Dennis L. Kisiel and Sandra S. Kisiel sold a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 34 Gramercy Park in Gramercy Park to Lawrence J. Ottaviano for $1.25 million on Nov. 3.

The Kisiels paid $1.175 million for the condo in March 2006. Unit #3BR is part of the 45 units at the 34 Gramercy Park. development that was built in 1909.

Dr. Kisiel is a hearing and speech therapist and the owner of Audiology Affiliates. He was a former consultant to the City of New York Speech and Hearing Program.

Ms. Kisiel is an administrator at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She previously served as administrative director at Mount Sinai Medical Center and compliance officer at Weill Cornell Medical College.

She obtained an M.B.A. in corporate finance from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management and an M.A. in audiology from the University of Memphis.

Dr. Ottaviano is a gastroenterologist at Lower Manhattan Gastroenterology Group and a clinical instructor at the Langone Medical Center.

He received his M.D. from St. George`s University School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at Cabrini Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there has been one condo sale in Gramercy Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.25 million.
