Designer store director buys Chelsea condo

Medium 548ccfd2f42e8a36446794f3d3eb6970 Erin Pawlus bought a condo at 465 W. 23rd St. in Chelsea from Megan Sterrett and Ulric Thomas Sullivan for $825,000 on Jan. 17.

The condo, Unit RCU1, is one of 702 units in the 19-story 465 W. 23rd St. condominium development, built in 1932.

Pawlus is a store director at Reed Krakoff, a women's designer collection. Previously, he was director of retail operations and communication at Reed Krakoff and a manager at Coach.

He attended Indiana University, Northwest.

Sterrett is a principal at Heritage Capital, an investment adviser, principal at Doshi Capital Partners and secretary of the board at Harboring Hearts Housing. Previously, she was in investor relations at Lindsay Goldberg.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 217 condo sales in Chelsea during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $825,000.
