Clifford Lede sold a home at 75323 Morningstar Drive in Indian Wells to Letitia H. Swortwood for $2.105 million on Dec. 1.

Mr. Lede has been president and chief operating officer of Ledcor Inc., a vineyard and winery, since 1983. He has served as a vice chairman of James Nolan Construction, Inc. and as a president and CEO of Ledcor Industries.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 234 home sales in Indian Wells during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $600,000.
