UCSF associate vice chancellor sells Palm Desert 2BD

Medium bbd569087d2226a9b6e07ffa210c36a4 Larry L. Zeiber and his wife, Cary, sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 73271 Buckboard Trail in Palm Desert to James W. Jeffords for $500,000 on Dec. 17.

The Zeibers paid $610,000 for the property in Oct. 2008. The 1,497-square-foot house was built in 1958 in Town Center/College of Desert Palm.

Mr. Zeiber currently serves as an associate vice chancellor of principal gifts at the University of California -San Francisco. He previously held director level positions at Brown University, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Stanford University. He was also a senior associate dean of biomedical advancement at Brown University.

He received his B.A. in communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,684 home sales in Palm Desert during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $271,500.
