Barbara Krieger-Brockett and George W. Butler sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 5403 Kensington Place N. in Green Lake to Aimee Dianne Wood for $510,000 on Aug. 31.

The 1,420-square-foot home was built in 1913 in the Woods South subdivision.

Krieger-Brockett is a professor emeritus of chemical engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle.

She received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin and her M.S. and Ph.D. from Wayne State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 340 sales in Green Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $535,975.
