Philip Paul Sorgen and Lea Ann Sorge bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9652 Hilltop Road in Bellevue from Ingrid and Kent A. Angier for $2.21 million on Sept. 16.

The Angiers paid $801,000 for the property in May 2004. The 4,650-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Bellevue West neighborhood.

Mr. Sorgen has been head of the small and midmarket solutions and partners team that serves Microsoft's business customers and partner community.

He previously was president at Microsoft Canada for almost four years. Before that, he worked with Microsoft United States enterprise sales operations team and the company's Gulf Coast District as general manager.

He received his B.A. and his M.B.A. from the University of North Texas.

Ms. Angier has worked as marketing recruiter at New Cingular Wireless Services Inc., formerly known as AT&T Wireless.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 1,546 home sales in Bellevue in 2008, with a median sales price of $510,000.
