Vakhterov is a software development engineer at the computer corporation Microsoft, which is headquartered in Redmond.

He most recently served as software development engineer at Excell Data. Prior to joining Excell Data, he served a web developer at Port of Portland. He also worked as a computer operator at OAO Technology Solutions.

He attended Portland State University, Portland Community College and Khabarovsk State Academy of Economic and Law.

Romanishyna is a teller at the Seattle office of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

She formerly worked as a cashier at Bellevue Community College. She also worked as a teacher's assistant at Bellevue College Early Learning Family and Childcare Center.

She has a bachelor's degree in economics from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute of the National Technical University of Ukraine and an A.A. in accounting from Bellevue Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 414 sales in Renton in 2008, with median sales price of $290,000.
