Mr. Gagnier is a senior income tax analyst at Weyerhaeuser Co., a pulp and paper company headquartered in Federal Way.

Prior to his current role at Weyerhaeuser, he was a master scheduler at The Boeing Co. Previously, he was a federal income tax compliance lead at Weyerhaeuser. He also served as a naval officer for the U.S. Navy.

He has a B.A in business from University of Washington in Seattle and a master of professional accounting degree form Seattle University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 414 sales in Renton in 2008, with median sales price of $290,000.
