Dr. Arpan Waghray and Aditi Waghray bought a five-bedroom, three-bath at 27717 S.E. 30th St. in Unincorporated Fall City from Boyd and Linda Staley for $725,000 on Sept. 15.

The 3,720-square-foot home was built in 2004.

Dr. Waghray is medical director for behavioral health at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle.

He studied medicine at Rajiv Gandhi University in India and completed his residency at Brookdale University Medical Center in New York. He served his fellowship at University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 29 sales in Unincorporated Fall City in 2008, with median sales price of $669,000.
