Angela and Matthew Castagnola sold a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 315 N.E. 58th St. in Green Lake to Julie L. Rolling for $581,000 on Sept. 23.

The Castagnolas paid $417,500 for the property in Feb. 2003. The 1,890-square-foot home was built in 1908 in the Kilbournes subdivision.

Ms. Castagnola is a licensed aesthetician and owner of Red in Downtown Seattle. She also is an artist.

She previously held teaching positions at Eckstein Middle School and West Seattle High School in Seattle.

She received her B.A. in English from the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 340 sales in Green Lake in 2008, with a median sales price of $535,975.
