Dr. Dales is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. He also was an assistant clinical professor at the orthopedics department of the University of Washington.

He received his M.D. from the University of Nevada. He completed his residency at the University of Utah and his fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.

Ms. Dales is an associate broker at Windermere Real Estate Co. in Seattle.

Prior to her career in real estate, she worked as a nurse for over 20 years.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 113 sales in Columbia City in 2008, with a median sales price of $365,000.
