Microsoft program manager buys Seattle's Central District 2BD

Medium 5fb39c238e1fcb0a222ae68708631eff Katherine M. Storandt bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 548 28th Ave. in Seattle's Central District from Danette D. Baker for $328,000 on Sept. 28.

Storandt is a software development program manager at Microsoft Corp.

She previously was a program manager at Del Mar Database and at Microsoft Corp., a production manager at Best Consulting Inc., and a development manager at Spree.com Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 331 home sales in Seattle's Central District in 2008, with a median sales price of $388,000.
