Math educator sells Woodinville 4BD

Medium 42a43c97a7c5443e914c9ef9c960bfda Jill A. Kehle and Richard L. Minifie sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 21205 N.E. 132nd Court in Woodinville to Robert Beyeis and Mia Siekkinen Beyreis for $683,956 on Sept. 28.

The 3,200-square-foot house was built in 1995.

Kehle is a co-founder of MANGO Math Group, a math-resource company that helps educators and parents nurture their students' math learning.

She previously was a member of the curriculum development team at Explorations in Math, a Seattle non-profit organization dedicated to helping elementary school students in the Greater Seattle area succeed in math.

She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and psychology and a secondary teaching certificate from the University of Washington.

According to, there were 137 home sales in Woodinville in 2008, with a median sales price of $527,500.
