The 1,828-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Northend Country Estates subdivision of the neighborhood of Shoreline East.

Hance is a global trade compliance manager at The Boeing Co., where she previously was a trade control specialist.

She received a B.S. in behavioral science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1997 and graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2000.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 307 home sales in Shoreline in 2008, with a median sales price of $319,300.
