Coin counting co. exec spends $1.1M in Sammamish

Medium d90f9d221ace188faa96c4337b7d785a Stephen Michael Verleye and Marianne Verleye bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 19631 S.E. 24th Way in Sammamish from Brenda J. Charlton and Norman W. Charlton, III, for $1.1 million on Sept. 18.

The 4,230-square-foot home was built in 1939 in the Sammamish West neighborhood.

Mr. Verleye is senior vice president of technology at Coinstar Inc., a Bellevue-headquartered provider of a range of products for retailers' storefronts. He also is president and chief executive officer of Libra Networks.

He previously was general manager of electronic payment solutions at Coinstar. Earlier, he held a number of roles at RadiSys Corp., including VP and general manager of commercial equipment division, VP of business development, VP of marketing and VP and general manager of merged automation equipment. He also held various marketing management positions at Sequent Computer Systems Inc., Intel Corp. and Applied Microsystems Corp.

He received a B.S.E.E. from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Charlton has been a realtor at Windermere Real Estate in Kirkland.

According to, there were 344 sales in Sammamish in 2008, with a median sales price of $557,500.
