Systems engineer, content manager buy in Kenmore

Medium a2d4f3507bcd3bf285c1604e90522e57 Graham and Danielle Naeseth bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 8016 N.E. 145th Place in Kenmore from Prudential Relocation Inc. for $535,555 on Sept. 18.

Prudential Relocation Inc. paid $575,500 for the property in July 2009. The 3,010-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Moorland Heights subdivision.

Mr. Naeseth is a senior systems engineer of enterprise automation at the Seattle office of the Walt Disney Internet Group.

He previously was a systems analyst at Microsoft.

He has a bachelor's degree in business from Washington State University.

Ms. Naeseth is a content manager at Allyis Inc., a Kirkland-based provider of technology development and consulting services.

She most recently was a contractor and content manager at MSN Shopping. Prior to that, she worked as a broadcast negotiator and media buyer for McCann Erickson and Publicis Advertising.

She attended Washington State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 295 sales in Kenmore during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $356,500.
