Engineering co. owner deals Crown Hill 3BD

Medium 19fb377a9a92ec2b259d82e216c9f6c7 Mark E. Hulscher and Mary Lee Virden sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 8074 Loyal Way N.W. in Crown Hill to Jeffrey E. Carryer and Laura Carryer for $378,000 on Oct. 28.

The 2,360-square-foot house was built in 1946 in the Sunset Homes subdivision.

Hulscher is the owner and president of Monster Concepts, an engineering company. He also is the founder for The Bike Share Group, a local organization in Seattle that encourages public bike systems.

He previously worked for The Boeing Co., Festo Corp., and Physio-Control.

He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 39 home sales in Crown Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $402,000.
