Radiation program manager deals Central District condo

Medium 56b8a06120d4021e943adf9a67c13f52 Richard W. Poeton and Terrell F. Poeton sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo Unit #1608 at 1420 Terry Ave. in Seattle's Central District to Richard D. Rodriguez and Donna L. Rodriguez for $525,000 on Oct. 28.

The 1,103-square-foot condo was built in 2002 in the Central District subdivision.

Mr. Poeton is a health physicist who is the radiation program manager in the Region 10 Seattle office of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

He received his M.S. in radiological science at the Oregon State University.

The condo is part of the Meridian Condominiums, which has 158 units on 26 floors.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been eight condo sales in Seattle's Central District during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $325,502.
