Barry C. Kombol bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 3055 Loraine St. in Enumclaw from Benjamin and Grace Hayman for $420,000 on Nov. 20.

The 2,450-square-foot home was built in 1997 in the North of Roosevelt Avenue neighborhood.

Kombol is an attorney in private practice. He has been general counsel for Palmer Coking Coal Co., Pacific Coast Coal Company and B.N.K Limited Liability Company in Black Diamond.

He previously was judge pro-tem and magistrate at Enumclaw Municipal and Aukeen District Courts in King County and was owner of the Rainier Legal Center Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 77 home sales in Enumclaw during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $229,950.
